Working with me

• I work with adult (18+) individuals from peaceful and comfortable therapy rooms in Chippenham and Bath as well as online.​​

• I offer weekly 50 minute sessions on an open-ended basis. This can include shorter and longer term work to suit you. We will review periodically to make sure the therapy continues to meet your needs. ​​​

​

• The session fee is £55 for 50 mins payable in advance. Concessions are available for students and trainee counsellors.​

• I offer a free 15-20 minute introductory phone call to help us form an initial idea about whether I'm the right therapist for you. ​

​

• Next, we may arrange an initial session to explore more fully what you're looking for and decide whether counselling with me would be the right thing for you.

​

• The session will involve talking in more depth about your reasons for seeking counselling, gathering some key information, including assessing risk, and beginning, if appropriate, to establish the main focus of our work.
